Vibrant Blue brings expressive color without changing your everyday routine. Its oil-free formula is suitable for use with eyelash extensions, according to the manufacturer.

Starting at the base of clean lashes, sweep the silicone brush upward to the tips, gently wiggling to separate and define. Apply a second coat as desired to build the color.

Avoid pumping the wand in the tube. Remove gently with an eye-makeup remover appropriate for your lashes. If wearing extensions, follow your lash technician's cleaning guidance.
