Welcome to REK Cosmetics. REK Cosmetics is a premium vegan cosmetics brand designed to inspire confidence & self-care. We make quality products, and we care about the experience we deliver.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping is calculated at checkout for all orders within the USA.

Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and handling before your order is shipped out. For USA orders, please allow up to 7 additional business days for shipping. Note that we aim to exceed these timeframes, but many aspects of shipping are outside of our control.

Pre-orders will not ship until the product is in stock. Back-ordered items will ship within approximately 2 weeks once they arrive at our warehouse. During holidays or limited edition launches, processing and shipping times may vary — thank you for your patience.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING CONCERNS:

  • Mistakes made by the customer in their shipping information. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for paying for a new shipping label to re-ship the order in cases where the original package cannot be re-routed or recovered.
  • Stolen packages. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a shipping address that can safely receive orders.
  • Packages delivered in error to a neighbor. It is the customer's responsibility to communicate with neighbors and retrieve any packages delivered there accidentally.

IF YOUR ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER FOR ANY REASON:

  • The customer will be responsible for paying for a new shipping label to have the order re-shipped.
  • If you abandon your order and it is returned to us, your order will be refunded minus any applicable shipping costs.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Once your order is placed, we can accommodate changes up until the order ships. However, we have a strict no-cancellation policy. Please ensure all information is correct before submitting — we will not be responsible for incorrect information submitted after the item has shipped.
