All Sales Final – Store Credit Only
At REK Cosmetics, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment. If your return is approved, you will receive store credit only, which can be used on any future purchase.
By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that store credit is the only form of reimbursement available.
Returns & Exchanges
You may contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange for an item of equal value, or to receive store credit for later use. Please note:

Makeup items are not eligible for return or cancellation under any circumstances.
All makeup sales are final. -
You must contact us before returning any item to receive a required RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

If your return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

REK Cosmetics reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Store Credit Processing Timeline

Return transit time typically ranges from 5–15 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

We recommend using UPS with a tracking number for faster, more reliable delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 4 business days of arrival), your store credit will be issued and you’ll receive a confirmation via email.
