Welcome to REK Cosmetics. REK Cosmetics is a premium vegan cosmetics brand designed to inspire confidence & self-care. We make quality products, and we care about the experience we deliver.

By purchasing on this website, you agree to our refund and return policy. Because our products are cosmetic in nature, and because customer safety is our top priority, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any makeup products, regardless of whether they have been opened. Makeup cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, as opened products cannot be resold.

Damaged or Defective Items If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 24 hours of delivery to set up an exchange. You must send a photo (or video if required) of the product and the associated damage.

Returns of Unopened Non-Makeup Items A return ticket must be opened within 24 hours of delivery (based on available tracking info) — return/exchange requests made after this time period will not be accepted. To return an item, it must be shipped back in its original, unopened packaging with no damage or tampering. The customer is responsible for all return shipping label fees. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

If your return is approved, you will receive store credit only. Store credit will be issued within 4 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

PAO Policy: We will not accept returns or exchanges if your order was delivered more than 30 days prior to your return request date.
