Shipping & Handling
Product Processing Time:
- If the products are on hand it ships out the same day as long as the order is placed before noon.
- If the order is a pre-order, it will not be shipped until the products come in stock.
- If the order is back ordered, it will ship within about 2 weeks. We will ship it out as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. More products are in production.
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
- Shipping is calculated at checkout on all states within the USA
- Worldwide shipping is calculated at checkout, delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
- The arrival of items within the USA should take no longer than 7 days as sometimes production is very busy. But if you need an item by a certain date please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
- Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, the times may vary. Thank you for your patience.
- We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.
- If you have not received your order after 3 weeks please contact us immediately.
Can I change my order once it is placed?
- Once your order is placed, we can accommodate changes to your order up until we ship it, however, we have a strict no cancellation policy.
- Please make sure before submitting your order that all your information is correct. We will not take responsibility for any incorrect information submitted after the item has shipped.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
