Welcome to REK Cosmetics. REK Cosmetics is a premium vegan cosmetics brand designed to inspire confidence & self-care. We make quality products, and we care about the experience we deliver.

Shipping & Handling

REK Cosmetics currently ships within the USA only. We offer free shipping on all USA orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and handling before your order is shipped out. For USA orders, please allow up to 7 additional business days for shipping. Note that we aim to exceed these timeframes, but many aspects of shipping are outside of our control.

Pre-orders will not ship until the product is in stock. Back-ordered items will ship within approximately 2 weeks once they arrive at our warehouse. During holidays or limited edition launches, processing and shipping times may vary — thank you for your patience.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING CONCERNS:

  • Mistakes made by the customer in their shipping information. If you provide us with the wrong address or forget to include any necessary address information, including but not limited to an apartment/condo number, the customer is responsible for paying for the order again (in cases where the original order cannot be re-routed or recovered) as well as a new shipping label to re-ship the product.
  • Stolen packages. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a shipping address that can safely receive orders.
  • Packages delivered in error to a neighbor. It is the customer's responsibility to communicate with neighbors and retrieve any packages delivered there accidentally.

IF YOUR ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER FOR ANY REASON:

  • The customer will be responsible for paying for a new shipping label to have the order re-shipped.
  • If you decide to abandon your order for any reason and it is returned to us, your order will be refunded. However, a 25% restocking fee will be applied, as well as a $15 USD shipping charge for the original label if your original order received free shipping.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Once your order is placed, we can accommodate changes up until the order ships. However, we have a strict no-cancellation policy. Please ensure all information is correct before submitting — we will not be responsible for incorrect information submitted after the item has shipped.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review
